In an effort to jump start their painting and for group encouragement, two wonderful artists have formed a group on FaceBook A portrait photo is put up and we all paint it in whatever medium we wish.

For my 2nd attempt......
I decided to try my hand at pastels again . Not quite finished yet, but the work I've been doing on portraits over the past few months sure helped me.
This is only my 3rd attempt at using pastels, so I'm really pleased with the result.....
